Who Was Mohamed Fofana? – Mohammed Fofana was a four-year-old American boy. He was from South Boston and had been missing since Sunday was found dead, Massachusetts State Police confirmed.

Police said they completed the search for the Fofana after his body was found on the shore of Spectral Island at around 12:30 pm on Monday.

On Monday morning, Mohammed’s mother and grandfather shared two photos of him, asking the public to help find him.

He told WBZ-TV that he has autism and sickle cell disease, and is unable to communicate verbally. Mohammed’s grandfather Suleiman Fofana said, “Mohammed could not talk. He had his own problems.
