Who is YesJulz after LeBron James comments flood Twitter post?

Written by Noah Mitchell — 0 Views

Exploring who YesJulz is after LeBron James comments recently flooded one of her Twitter posts. Baseless rumors about the two have circulated online for years, and seem to have reared their head once again.

LeBron James has been the model NBA player since entering the league back in 2003. James’s behaviour both on and off the court in his two decades of prominence has been exemplary, and it’s difficult to find a better role model in all of sports.

Away from basketball, LeBron is a doting husband and family man. The Lakers legend has been married to high school sweetheart Savannah James since 2013, and they have three children: two sons, Bronny and Bryce, and daughter Zhuri.

There have been many false claims and rumors about LeBron’s personal life over the years, and it appears an old one about YesJulz has recently resurfaced on social media.

Who is YesJulz?

Julieanna Marie Goddard, aka YesJulz, is social-media influencer who has 591,000 Instagram followers and many more across Twitter and Snapchat.

The 33-year-old was born in Miami, Florida and rose to prominence in 2014 after a Sprite Remix Party for LeBron James in Miami.

The social media personality, talent manager, and entrepreneur has dipped into artist management, working with 070 Shake who has worked on Kanye West albums. She has been dubbed ‘The Queen of Snapchat‘ and has partnered with brands such as Beats by Dre and Red Bull.

YesJulz also runs an all-female creative agency with clients including Vevo and Puma, as well as a radio station and music-management company.

Fans comment about LeBron James on YesJulz’ recent Twitter post

On May 5, 2023, YesJulz posted a photo on Twitter of her at a beach somewhere with the caption: ‘I’ll be over here’.

Shortly after, one account retweeted the post with the caption: ‘i don’t blame bron’ – referring to LeBron James. The post was seen over 4.2m times with many asking ‘what LeBron has to do with this’.

Many others also asked for context.

Why are people commenting about LeBron on her post?

People were commenting about LeBron James on YesJulz’ post because of old rumors that the two were once romantically involved.

However, there is absolutely no evidence of this and the rumors are totally unsubstantiated.

The rumors about LeBron and YesJulz appear to date back to a Pusha T song from 2009.

On the song Popular Demand (Popeyes), by Cam’ron, Clipse, and Pharrell Williams, Pusha T raps: ‘Used to have this white b**** she looked like Madonna though, Heard that she f***** LeBron, but s*** I don’t know, Like that Bron-Bron? I had that long time ago.’

YesJulz has addressed the false rumors before

However, no credible outlet or source has ever confirmed the rumors about LeBron and YesJulz, and it remains internet hearsay.

In 2020, YesJulz spoke out on the baseless rumors in the hope of putting them to bed once and for all.

Responding to rumors she wrote on Twitter: ‘I’ve never been alone with Lebron in my life. Put this one to rest already. The man is literally saying he wants to help solve a problem & this the convo you choose to engage in? Do better.

After comments about Pusha T’s lyrics she replied: ‘I wasn’t even living in miami when that song came out I was in college at USF y’all gotta get your internet detective skills up & leave me be. Or ask Push who he was referring to yourself. Just leave my name out of it already’.

In 2022 she also said: ‘I’ve had some lame tweets in my past too, all good! 🙂 Rumors can really damage a persons image, especially a woman’s! Try & remember that next time u retweet or buy into gossip! There’s real ppl behind these Avi’s w real reputations at stake :)’

Thanks 4 being mature about it! I’ve had some lame tweets in my past too, all good! 🙂

Hopefully that will put an end to the speculation for good.
