Roger Andrew Davis CPA serves as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Roger was appointed to the Board of the management company of the Charter Hall Retail REIT on 7 June 2018 as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair Elect. Roger was appointed Chair of the Board on 13 November 2018. Roger brings over 35 years’ experience in banking and investment banking in Australia, the US and Japan. He is currently a Consulting Director at Rothschild (Australia) Limited, a Director of Argo Investments Limited, as well as the Chairman of Bank of Queensland. In his career as senior executive, Roger was a Managing Director at Citigroup, where he worked for over 20 years in Australia, Japan and the US. More recently, he was a Group Managing Director at ANZ Banking Group responsible for all the Commercial, Investment and Institutional Banking activities. Roger has a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Philosophy from Oxford. He is also a qualified CPA.
