A website ranks a local private school as the best private school in Iowa. That honor goes to Rivermont Collegiate in Bettendorf. The website called Niche ranks schools across the country. Niche also rated Rivermont in the top five percent nationwide.  It scored rivermont highly in the quality of colleges that students consider, standardized test scores and student to teacher ratio.   “Every student is different, every child is different and therefore every child learns differently. And to give the teachers the freedom to really notice that but then also use proper techniques for each individual child is what’s going to create success in that child,” said Phillip Dunbridge, the Rivermont Director of Enrollment.   One factor in the award is the hands-on activities Rivermont provides students.
