Congresswoman Cheri Bustos lent an ear to people living in affordable housing communities Friday.    Busots toured Illini Tower in Silvis.  Illini tower serves over 350 people in the Quad Cities. People who live there say they’re happy to be able to share their stories and struggles with her. Bustos told Local 4 she likes to visit these Quad Cities communities so she knows what to advocate for when she returns to Washington D.C.
