Ampika jetted off to Prague last week with fiancé David Sullivan, 72, to watch the football club he owns, West Ham United, win the Europa Conference League after they beat Italian side Fiorentina 2-1.
The couple lead a glamorous lifestyle with Ampika sharing their dates and outings on social media.
They recently had a romantic trip to Paris and the King's Coronation - packing a tent and flags into the back of David's luxury car.
And they rang the New Year in in Barbados.

Ampika has been dating the Hammers chairman since September 2021.
Sullivan split from his partner of 25 years, Emma Benton-Hughes, shortly before getting together with Ampika, who also owns a beauty salon and cosmetics training business.
And their romance has blossomed with the pair enjoying nights out in Mayfair.
Sullivan then popped the question on Ampika's 40th birthday, and she reportedly said yes to the proposal straight away.
Ampika then shared photos of her ring on social media before deleting the post.
