CM Punk has to go to the hospital, and lets say Randy is the champ. Randy was supposed to drop it to Punk, but now that Punk is in the hospital, WrestleMania has been ruinined, Randy Orton loses it to Punk later that year on a non major PPV. CM Punk's WrestleMania moment is gone. Punk doesn't get to have the experience of winning in the main event of WrestleMania, and Punk will be out for a while.
