On 15 April 2022, Orsolya went to Lincoln Center to attend a show and hung out at a Forest Hills Station House bar in her neighborhood.
When she was in the basement of her house then she was stabbed nearly 60 times in the neck, arm, and torso around 12:40 am. Surveillance camera footage showed the suspect who was dragging Orsolya’s body out of the house in a duffel bag around 4:30 am.
Viedo’s evidence shows him rolling the duffel bag down the sidewalk in Queens, leaving a trail of blood in his wake. The trail of blood leads to David’s residence in Forest Park, Queens. Her dead body was found in a duffel bag.
When she was stabbing then her 13 years old son was sleeping in the house. Police found a jacket that was worn by David during the crime.
David was treated on 16 April 2022 at a local medical institution for injuries to both hands because he was injured during the violent fight between David and Gall.
Police have arrested David and he was charged with murder, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and criminal manipulation in the first degree.
