Norman Keevil biography

Norman B. Keevil III, is Independent Director of the Company. Since April 1998, Mr. Keevil has been a director of Teck Resources Ltd. (formerly Teck Cominco), a Canadian mining, mineral processing and metallurgical company operating in Canada, the United States of America, Chile and Peru and publicly listed on the TSX and NYSE. Since September 2009, Mr. Keevil has been the President of Poncho Wilcox Engineering Ltd., a private engineering company. Between May 2004 and November 2008, Mr. Keevil was Vice President Engineering of Triton Logging Inc., a private underwater logging company. In June 1987, Mr. Keevil obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and has been a member of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since January 1994.
