The man accused of starting a fire that killed an elderly woman in Moline earlier this year will be in court today.
Jason McChurch was arrested Monday on arson charges.
Police say he intentionally set a house fire on 13th Street last January.
Marion Dreier, 88, later died from her injuries.
McChurch is due in court for his first court appearance this afternoon.
