She teaches in her videos and podcasts that people should cherish their natural bodies that God has given them. However, she was caught red-handed by a Reddit member who accused her of performing new contouring procedures as well as botox injections. Many people began to criticize her posts online, leading to widespread hatred.

Lepihi6, a Reddit member, posted a screenshot of a comment in which the YouTuber objected to her proposal. Netizens emphasized that she does not reveal the process in her body transformation videos.

Milena Ciciotti has been accused of performing the neo-sculptural process while encouraging others not to do so.
