Matthew Madsen biography

Matthew Madsen is the Executive Chairman of the Board of the company. Matthew has almost 20 years’ experience in the funds management industry, predominantly in Director roles. Matthew also has significant property and property finance experience, acting (including at GARDA) as a finance intermediary focused on larger construction and property investment funding. As Managing Director of the GARDA Capital Group, Matthew has been responsible for the reposition of the group since September 2011. Matthew is also Chair of the Advisory Board for residential land developer, Trask Development Corporation. Matthew holds a Diploma in Financial Services, a Diploma in Financial Markets, is an affiliate member of the Securities Institute of Australia, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
