Jenny Apple was a popular influencer and YouTuber best known for sharing her lung cancer journey with her followers. Two weeks ago Jenny had live-streamed her ‘final days’ for her fans. Her husband took to her YouTube channel on Wednesday, November 8, to explain that the mom of two had bid goodbye to her “earthly body.”

YouTuber Jenny Apple passes away

Jenny was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2021 despite being a non-smoker. In July of 2023, she was told that she had less than a year to live. Now her loving husband Kyle has shared an update with fans, revealing Jenny Apple died on Sunday, November 5 at 5:00 pm.

Kyle struggled to string his words together in the heartbreaking update video titled, “We Lost our Beautiful Jenny, She Finally Beat Cancer.” Kyle called Jenny’s passing away at exactly 5:00 a.m. “pretty fitting” as she believed in signs and numbers.

“Jenny’s earthly body is gone. Her soul and her spirit will live on in all of us forever,” the heartbroken father of two said through his tears.

Kyle said the house feels empty without her and sobs, saying, “I miss my wife so much.” He also explained the video’s title, saying that Jenny wanted people to know that she beat cancer despite her death. She explained it saying that once she has passed cancer won’t be able to control her body anymore and would die with her. The heartbroken husband also said the kids missed their mother’s touch and presence very much.

Kyle details Jenny Appleford’s last living moments

He revealed that she passed away in their house and had only stayed at the hospice for a week. Kyle then detailed Jenny’s last day (November 4). He says that the two were sleeping together the night before her passing.

They had put all the Christmas decorations around her bed to make her feel the holiday vibe. The influencer was very “frail” and was unable to walk by the end. However, she stood up in the middle of the night.

Her sister quickly came inside the room to help her as she stood. The mom of two then embraced her husband. A nurse also arrived around the same time and said that Jenny was “transitioning.”

Fans mourn YouTuber’s death

Many fans took to the comments section under Kyle’s video and mourned the mother of two.

“Kyle I haven’t cried this hard in the longest time. My heart hurts for you and your children and all of Jenny’s family. I had to stop and say a prayer asking Jesus to please give Jenny a hug. Knowing that God brought her home and she is no longer suffering is nice to know,” one heartbroken fan said.

Many send prayers and condolences to Kyle.

“Kyle, you are immense. Your loss is huge but your love is immense. You feel empty but you are full of love. I have never heard a man speak his feelings as eloquently as you. You are a credit to Jenny and your family,” said a second fan.

“Jenny taught us to be grateful for every moment we have on this planet, to try to make a positive difference, and to love. Thank you, Jenny. I love you,” said a third fan.
