James M. Hindman serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Hindman has served as a member of the board of directors of Accuray, Inc., a radiation oncology company (Nasdaq: ARAY). Since November 2018, Mr. Hindman has served as a member of the board of directors of Aatru Medical, LLC, a privately held medical device company. From August 2018 to December 2019, Mr. Hindman served as a member of the board of directors of Sienna Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNNA).
