James L. Gibbons serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Gibbons, a Bermudian citizen, is Chairman of Harbour International Trust Company Limited and the Treasurer and a Director of Edmund Gibbons Limited (“EGL”). Mr. Gibbons also serves as a Director of Clarien Group Limited (“Clarien”), an international financial company. He was also Non-Executive President of Bermuda Air Conditioning Limited (“BACL”) through March 2019 and currently serves as a Director of BACL. From June 2013 to June 2016, Mr. Gibbons served as a member of the Board of Directors of Nordic American Tankers Limited, a publicly held company. Mr. Gibbons served as Chair of Capital G Bank Limited from 1999 to 2013 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Capital G Limited from 1999 to 2010, prior to the change of name to Clarien from Capital G in 2014.
