Jake Paul seems to have finally stopped joking about his girlfriend Julia Rose getting pregnant after several occurrences. Paul recently refused to get too close to supporters during fan interactions, possibly due to COVID concerns. Instead, he stayed in his car and didn’t even roll the windows all the way down.

What seems to be the reason? The boxer star said his girlfriend, Rose, who was also in the car, was pregnant.

On Saturday, January 8, 2022, Paul and Rose attended the Los Angeles Lakers game against the Atlanta Hawks. The Lakers won with a score of 134 against the Hawks’ 118. The duo worked well together in the home team’s victory over the away team.

The fighter even used Instagram to share some pictures from the match. The first image of the collection shows Rose in Paul’s arms, seemingly having a great time. They seem pleased, though it’s unclear if this was because of the Lakers’ win or something else. Logan Paul, his brother, was also present with him and his girlfriend.

However, the important news came after the game was completed. On January 9, Def Noodles shared a video of Paul hesitating in the presence of strangers while sitting in his car. Paul and his nighttime companions were most likely approached by fans and videographers as they drove out of the arena’s parking area. Paul immediately pulled down the window, but only halfway. Then, to avoid contact with fans, Paul announced: “My girlfriend is pregnant”.

Right after that, someone on camera congratulated him. However, it seems that not everyone heard what he said.

Another gentleman approached the window and spoke. A third individual stood there waiting for him to sign autographs. However, the person who came to congratulate repeated the pregnancy announcement and asked everyone to get off the bus. Paul gives the person a punch, and the clip ends there. This news follows Paul’s August 2021 announcement that Rose is pregnant. However, that turned out to be just a joke.

The revelation about this pregnancy comes shortly after Paul announced that he and his girlfriend were ready to get married. When asked if they were getting married, Paul admitted exclusively to Entertainment Tonight in December that they would be “going there”.

“I believe we both want to take the next step,” he said, alluding to the formalization of the relationship. He later added that they both “want to have children”. Of course, Rose took his last name, at least on Instagram. That happened in early August 2021. And before that, he proposed to her in the comments area on one of her blogs. He also bought her a $50,000 promise ring that month. Since 2020, the couple has been in a close relationship before reuniting a few years later.
