Those of you comparing Shawn Michaels to Cm Punk. Shawn Michaels had more definition and muscles in his prime.. also had less fat on his chest and stomach. that shit looked very solid. however, cm punk's chest and stomach just looks really flabby and fat.. I'll give you some pictures. Chris Jericho in his prime was also very solid.. and pretty big. he had a 6 pack for gods sake. RVD and Rey Mysterio were both small, and i believe that their size limited them because they were only world champion, like 3 times in 100 days?

One more thing,, Shawn Michaels finisher is instant.. Cm punk's finisher looks really awkward because it somewhat relies on his ability to carry people.. and it looks sort of slow and uncredible when he does it to bigger people. but shawn michael's finisher can be out of nowhere and very easy to perform.

and I think that size DOES matter because it is the WWE.. they use looks to represent credibility.. its not like in UFC where people can use their actual fighting skills to represent credibility.. in WWe u cannot do that, you have to use your SIZE. and cm punk does botch a lot, he isn't fast enough, not athletic enough, not even close to shawn michael's athleticism. watch some of shawn's old matches, he was bouncing off the ropes like they were nothing and defeating big men using his in ring skills, while cm punk does not have that same type of speed and in ring skills. Personally i think cm punk is a draw, but i would keep him away with buffed up people like Ryback, Brock Lesnar, Batista ( if he ever came back), etc.. he may be good against giants like big show and mark henry because he is faster, but brock lesnar is a TRAINED ufc fighter who has POSSIBLy even more speed than cm punk. nobody would buy punk as a threat without weapons.
