Santa-Tinis

  • 1 tsp. light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup white decorating sugar
  • ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 8 oz. half-and-half
  • 6 oz. chocolate-flavored liqueur, such as dark crème de cacao
  • 3 oz. vodka
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 4 candy-cane sticks
  • 4 Oreo Fudge Ring cookies

Rudolph-Tinis

  • 1 tsp. light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup red decorating sugar
  • 16 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 4 oz. orange-flavored liqueur, such as triple sec
  • 4 oz. vodka
  • 8 drops red liquid food coloring
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 4 red gumdrops
  • 4 swizzle sticks

Instructions

Santa-Tinis

  1. Brush rims of 4 martini glasses with corn syrup; roll in sugar. Drizzle inside of each glass with chocolate; let harden. In cocktail shaker, combine half-and-half, liqueur, vodka and ice. Cover; shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into glasses. Garnish with candy canes and cookies.

Rudolph-Tinis

  • Brush rims of 4 martini glasses with corn syrup; roll in sugar. In cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, liqueur, vodka, food coloring and ice. Cover; shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into glasses. Garnish with gumdrops skewered on swizzle sticks.
