Sooraj's father, Suryakant 'Pasha' Ranade, is a notorious gangster, and he instructs Sooraj to pretend to be a police officer and abduct Radha because her father has presented evidence against him in court. Falling for Sooraj's disguise, Radha leaves the city with him and his friends, believing that they are police officers. The trio travels to a remote area in Jammu, and that's where their journey begins. During their time in Jammu, Sooraj and Radha start developing feelings for each other. Meanwhile, in Mumbai, Pasha, Sooraj's father, takes advantage of the kidnapping and uses it to threaten Radha's father. However, Sooraj and Radha are eventually discovered by the police, led by Radha's brother. The couple manages to escape, but in the process, Sooraj gets shot in the arm, and both fall into the water. The world assumes that they both died. This news enrages both Radha's family and Pasha, who swears to take revenge for Sooraj's death. After the accident, the couple falls into the water and everyone believes they are dead. However, they are saved by some Buddhist monks who take them to remote locations. Sooraj is severely injured and unconscious while Radha takes care of him. During this time, she confesses her feelings to him. Sooraj, who has also fallen in love with her, reveals to her that he was the one who kidnapped her and works for Pasha. Despite this revelation, Radha decides to forgive him and asks him to surrender to the police.
