Henchy Enden biography

Henchy R. Enden serves as Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Enden has been a director of the Company since 2015 and served as a director of First Security from 2013 until 2015. Ms. Enden is an Equity Analyst for MFP Investors LLC, an investment management company based in New York, a position she has held since May 2004. She previously served as a director of Bridgeview Bancorp, a $1.1 billion bank in Chicago, Illinois, from July 2015 until May 2019.
