Harry Chang biography

Harry Chang is Director of the Company. He was Independent Director of the company. Mr. Chang has an extensive career spanning over 20 years in financial management in both industry and public accounting. Mr. Chang gained more than ten years of management experience in the oil and gas industry with Ultramar Ltd. and later with a subsidiary of ExxonMobil. His tenure in this sector included durations in internal audit, corporate taxation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and distribution and planning and analysis. Through Harry Chang Chartered Accountant, a sole proprietorship, he has been assisting many owner managed clients worldwide in mostly management strategic planning and analysis, process efficiencies, mergers and acquisitions and tax planning since 1999. He has been CFO of Tawsho Mining Inc., a mining exploration company listed on TSX-V, since July 2012. Mr. Chang holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
