We’re shivering our way through some of the coldest weather we’ve ever had in the Quad Cities this week.

And this time around, a lot of the weather we’ll see in the upper Midwest will be the coldest weather anywhere in the country!

Take this for example: The wind chill in Galena, IL, will drop to -52° by Wednesday morning.  The wnd chill in Galena, AK will be around -40° at that same time!

The Wind Chill Warning for the entire Quad Cities area is in effect until Thursday at 12 p.m.
