Erin Heneghan Car Accident: Director of Marketing & Finance at Greater Bridgeport Jewish Housing Corp., Died from Injury Sustained in Tragic Crash, Involving Deer
Erin Heneghan Car Accident: On November 20, 2023, the Easton Police Department investigated a serious motor vehicle accident involving a deer striking a motor vehicle. The deer entered the passenger compartment of a 2015 Honda Pilot.
The deer went through the driver’s side windshield, struck the operator, continued through the interior and was ejected from the vehicle through the rear window.
The operator was transported to Bridgeport Hospital with serious injuries. On November 21, 2023, the operator was pronounced deceased as a result of injuries sustained in the motor vehicle accident.
The operator and lone occupant of the vehicle is identified as Erin Heneghan, age 47, of Newtown, CT.
The investigation is ongoing.
