Who Was Ed Gein?

In Ed Gein’s family, he had a father, his mother, and his sibling as a brother. Ed Gein’s father’s name is George Philip and his mother’s name is Augusta Wilhelmine Gein. Gein’s brother’s name is Henry George Gein.
Ed Gein’s Mother
Ed Gein’s mother’s name was Augusta Wilhelmine Gein, he was obsessively loyal and faithful to his mother and stayed with her until her death. Augusta Wilhelmine Gein was born in 1878 and died in 1945.

In 1940, George died of heart failure caused by alcoholism. Ed had worked numerous times as a tanner, carpenter, and insurance salesman.
During this time in La Crosse, George Philip possess a local grocery shop, but he soon sold the business and left the city with his family.
