A new bar is opening up in Davenport, but it’s different than any other around the area.

It’s a dry bar — meaning they won’t serve any alcoholic drinks.

Local 4’s Taylor Boser was live at Unimpaired during Local 4 News This Morning to talk to the co-founders about bringing this type of bar to downtown.
