David Kerko biography

David M. Kerko serves as an Independent Director of the company. In 1998, Mr. Kerko joined KKR and is a former Member and Co-head of the Technology industry team within KKR’s Private Equity platform. He was actively involved in KKR’s investments in Borden, Toys ‘R’ Us, The Analytic Sciences Corporation ("TASC"), NXP (formerly Philips Semiconductor), Savant and Sonos. Director Experience: Mr. Kerko currently serves on the Board of Directors of Global Foundries, Inc., a semiconductor company, Transphorm Inc., a semiconductor company, TE Connectivity Ltd., a technology company that designs and manufactures connectivity and sensor products, and Nebula Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company. Previously, he was a Director of TASC, an engineering services company, from 2009 until 2015, and for Engility from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Kerko possesses decades of significant experience advising emerging and established companies with respect to strategic planning, corporate finance and public markets strategy, particularly in the technology industry.
