Mendeecees Harris was curious about whether folks think he resembles his father Roberto when he decided to share a photo of the two on social media.

On Wednesday, Sept. 16, the “Love and Hip Hop: New York” star posted a picture on Instagram of his dad from his younger days alongside a current image of himself.

“Good morning, I was going through old pic’s in my phone and ran across these.. Roberto and I.. Do you guy’s think we look alike?!!” Harris asked, adding the hashtag “#Panamanian”

Followers agreed that Harris did indeed resemble Roberto, while also fawning over his father’s looks in the comments section.

“YO DADDY SEXY AS HELL😜😜😜😜😜😜,” a user quipped.

Someone else added, “Yes…Your oldest son looks like him the most.”

“Roberto fine af , not discrediting you or none 😭😂😍😍🔥,” another added. “LikeFatherLikeSon ✔️”

One IG user declared, “Don’t care both y’all can get it if you wasn’t married…Got to respect the marriage but y’all both fine 😍.”

A follower claimed Harris’ father “looked better” than him and wrote, “He looks way better 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣and has a better hairline 🙏.”

The father of four clapped back, “at lease I have one ☝️ Lol.”

Yandy Smith also jumped into her husband’s comments and added, “boom😂😩.”

When it comes to being a father, Harris is hands-on with his children.

In a July 21 post, the music producer wrote, “Men…you’re only as strong as the kids you raise. Yup I said it!”

“From near or far I always made sure I had a positive influence over my children’s life,” Harris added. “My mistakes won’t have to be their’s but my victories I will always share with them. I’m raising them from now to be entrepreneurs, invest and to always take care of each other.”

The New York native and his wife share two children together, daughter Skylar, 5, and an 8-year-old son, Omere Harris.

He’s also the father to two more sons from previous relationships, 9-year-old Aasim Harris and 15-year-old Mendeecees Harris Jr.

Smith-Harris is the foster mother to 18-year-old daughter Infinity Gilyard.
