Christy Haubegger biography

Christy Haubegger serves as Independent Director of the Company. She is currently Executive Vice President, Chief Enterprise Inclusion Officer at WarnerMedia, which is owned by AT&T Inc. Previously, she led multicultural business strategy for Creative Artists Agency, or CAA, providing insights on diverse markets to CAA’s motion picture, music, marketing and television clients. Prior to that, Ms. Haubegger worked in the publishing and motion picture industries, having founded and served as publisher, president and CEO at Latina magazine, and served as a producer on several motion pictures.
