Balu Dhanorkar Illness –  Balu Dhanorkar was suffering from a Kidney stone. He underwent treatment for his illness at a hospital in Nagpur on 26 May 2023 then he was rushed to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram on 28 May 2023 after some complications.

How did Balu Dhanorkar die?

Balu Dhanorkar passed away at a private hospital in New Delhi on 30 May 2023 in the morning. He was hospitalized for kidney stone treatment in Nagpur but later he was shifted to Delhi after some complications.

His kidney stone illness made the situation critical and he died.

Ashok Chavan (former chief minister) said,

“Dhanorkar’s sudden illness, his condition turning critical, and news of his death within two days are unimaginable, unbelievable, and shocking.”

This is the second death in his family within the last three days becaue his father Narayan Dhanorkar passed away in Nagpur on 27 May 2023 after a prolonged illness.

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge tweeted,

“Saddened to learn about the untimely passing away of Shri Suresh Narayan Dhanorkar, Congress MP (Lok Sabha) from Chandrapur Maharashtra. He was a grassroots leader. Our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and followers. May they get the strength to overcome this loss.”

Balu’s body will be flown to Warora (his hometown) for the rites of service which will be held on 31 May 2023.
