Anand Subramanian was arrested on 25 February 2022, Thursday night for NSE Scam. He was involved with the irregularities in the exchange’s colocation facility from 2010 to 2015. The colocation facility was alleged for giving faster access to the price feeds disseminated by the exchange. 

He has a connection with Chitra Ramrkishna who is the former CEO and MD of NSE. He was brought as a chief strategic advisor to Chitra in April 2013 by Chitra Ramkrishna. SEBI found that Chitra sent confidential data to an email id about the exchange.

 When she was questioned, she told that this email id’s holder name was a Siddha Purusha/Yogi who largely dwells in the Himalayan ranges. She told that he has a spiritual force and he has been guiding her for the last 20 years.

 When consultancy firm E&Y investigate than it is found that Yogi was Anand Subramanian. That’s why he was arrested.
