Ajaypal Singh Banga serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Banga is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mastercard Incorporated, a technology company in the global payments industry. Mr. Banga joined Mastercard in 2009 as President and Chief Operating Officer, and assumed his current role in July 2010. Prior to Mastercard, Mr. Banga spent 13 years at Citigroup in various global leadership roles, including as the head of the International Consumer Business and as the Chief Executive Officer for Citibank’s Asia Pacific business, and held leadership roles at PepsiCo and Nestle.
